Amazing time away with my Partner. Kelly's instructions to access the Yurt were clear, simple and concise. We loved the thoughtful hamper that Kelly arranged for us with amazing essentials and goodies. Even the chips were well thought … More out! The Yurt is nice cosey and very romantic too if you are with a significant other. It's also a lovely space if you want some time away to yourself. The bathroom was clean and the water was nice and hot. We also went to the hot springs and did Yoga with Alex which we both loved. Kelly was kind enough to extend our check out time and this was amazing given it was a cold rainy Winter morning so we got to sleep in which was really awesome. Thanks Kelly, we'll definitely be back 🙂

Such an amazing weekend! We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful Yurt! Everything is perfectly setup for a getaway to relax and unwind.
We had 2 peninsula Hot Spring passes which was organised by Kelly prior to our stay.
The location was fantastic … More as it was only 10mins drive to the Peninsula and 10mins walk to the beach.
Kelly is a kind and responsive host which gives you a peace of mind that you need when you are away. She made the booking process and our stay easy and smooth.

Yurt Hideaway is situated in Tootgarook, by the bay on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. From the yurt door, it is only an 800m walk to the shallow waters and beautiful long beach of Capel Sound.
The central position on the peninsula makes Yurt Hideaway the perfect base for exploring all the peninsula has to offer. In particular, the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs is just a 5 minute drive away!
In addition, close by are cafes, restaurants, wineries and breweries as well as a range of incredible outdoor activities. So if you would love to experience swimming with dolphins, fishing charters, stand up paddle board lessons and horse riding tours – you couldn’t be in a better place. If exploration is more your bag there’s plenty to discover in the local area, such as walking trails, rock pools, lighthouses and hidden beaches.
“We had a magical long weekend at Yurt Hideaway. From the minute we walked through the gate, we had smiles on our faces. Great location, quiet area, but close to the action (shops/beach). The yurt felt luxurious but also down to earth, and the kitchen and bathroom were great additions and well appointed. Kelly was excellent with her communication, and we were made to feel right at home. Who wants to stay in standard accommodation when you can stay in a Yurt! Highly recommend!”
